RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand things happen and sickness is around, but we ask you to give at least 48 hour notice to reschedule. Rescheduling will be dependent upon photographer availability, and we will offer a selection of makeup time spots. 

Please ​note: if you cancel within 24 hours, a $50 deposit will be required upon rescheduling or rebooking.

*The only exception for a refund is if PhotoPop! needs to reschedule. We also reserve the right to refuse to work with any client who does not respect time and policies. *

 

​WEATHER (Outdoor shoots)

For outdoor shoots postponed due to weather we will diligently work with you to reschedule the perfect day, and fingers crossed it doesn't come to that!

EDITS

The FULL session fee includes 5 high resolution edits. Please note that we do very little retouching because you're already beautiful and YOU are what gets you booked! Therefore, we will remove blemishes but will not remove your laugh lines/crows feet/etc. If you want anything more than that removed, you are more than welcome to take your selected high-res files to a different editor. Final Edit Proofs will be provided for client approval. Additional edit selections are available at $20/photo

WARDROBE

If possible, consult with your Agent/Manager on what types/looks might be best for branding you.

Avoid logos and brand names.  Bold colors/patterns and layers are encouraged to tell your story. 

 

Show your personality! Bring your authentic self to this shoot through your favorite tops and outfits that make you feel like a million bucks!  And as always, we suggest bringing a few extra pieces just in case your top picks aren't photographing how you'd like. 

MAKEUP

Makeup artists are not currently available through Photopop. Please come hair and makeup ready as this is not incorporated into your booked time. You may bring your makeup artist along with you for touchups, but this will be added into your booking time. We charge $50 per extra 30 minutes pre or past scheduled time.

 LOCATION

Studio Located in Alpharetta, Ga near The Avalon. Booking in studio currently M-TH 12-7pm and Sundays at 2pm. Photopop is able to travel to you around the Atlanta Metro Area with our unique pop-up studio for an additional $75 fee  (Friday-Sunday only).
