RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand things happen and sickness is around but we ask you to give at least 48 hour notice to reschedule. Rescheduling will be dependent upon photographer availability and we will offer a selection of makeup time spots. 

Please ​note: if you cancel within 24 hours, a $50 good faith deposit will be required upon rescheduling or rebooking.

*The only exception for a refund is if PhotoPop! needs to reschedule. We also reserve the right to refuse to work with any client who does not respect time and policies.*

 

​WEATHER (Outdoor shoots)

For outdoor shoots postponed due to weather we will diligently work with you to reschedule the perfect day and fingers crossed it doesn't come to that!

EDITS

The FULL session fee includes 8 high resolution edits. Please note that we do very little retouching because you're already beautiful and YOU are what gets you booked! Therefore, we will remove blemishes but will not remove your laugh lines/crows feet/etc. If you want anything more than that removed, you are more than welcome to take your 8 selected high res files to a different editor.

WARDROBE

As always consult with your Agent/Manager on what types/looks might be best for branding you. Otherwise, we work very closely with a branding expert who is more than happy to book a styling consultation prior to your shoot.

MAKEUP

Makeup artists are not available for the shoot. Please come hair and makeup ready as this is not incorporated into your booked time.

If you decide to hire a Makeup Artist, please meet prior to your shoot and arrive first look ready. You are welcome to bring the Makeup Artist along to freshen you up during the shoot but we will start shooting as soon as you arrive.

Studio Located in Acworth, Ga. We are able to travel around the Atlanta Area with pop up kit for an additional $25 fee.

OTHER

The Studio is home to 2 Goldendoodle Puppies. They will be put away during your session, but they're always up for a cuddle if you need a puppy fix!
